Looking for All Season Tires
It's for my girlfriend's car, she has stock wheels and tires on it. She might be needing new one ASAP.
Her father likes to find a real good kind that will last long. She goes to college that is 4 hours away from her home, and she visits me at my home which is 6 hours from her home as well during summer and sometimes in December during break from college. She goes home more than several times. Probably lot of driving in the city too. Noise probably don't really need to be a factor in anything because my girlfriend is deaf.
She has 2006 Cobalt Sedan LT. Her tires size is 205/55R16. She currently has Pirelli P6 A/S.
My father thinks that she should be getting Pirelli P4, Speed T rated. Anyone agree? I just want to make sure we can find real good tires that probably last 30, 40, or 50k miles.

I went through a set of Pirelli P6's, and I couldn't wait until they wore out. I replaced them with Goodyear Eagle GT tires, and I'm very happy with them. They are a performance all season tire, and I've had them for a year and a half now. They handle pretty well in the snow (much better than the P6's) and they do fine in the rain. I've put 40,000 miles on them already and they still have plenty of tread. They are also one of the few tires that are actually made in the USA, if you care about that sort of thing. I'm not sure how they compare to the P4's, but maybe someone else will know.
