MSR 045's in White?

Hi guys, I just bought a 2010 Cobalt Lt in the Red Sport Tintcoat. love it. not really feeling the 16" factory alloys though.

A lot of you guys are running the MSR 045's 18x8 in black or silver, but does anybody have them in white with the red pinstripe? I want to order them, but I'm afraid it wont look as cool as it does in my head. Let me know what you guys think.

i like it. but before you put them on you HAVE to at least put lowering springs on it.

i wouldn't put them on your car just yet though, drop it lower first, then get the rk sport lip kit or an ss body kit... i don't have a problem with the lower models having the ss kit as long as they don't badge it/call it an ss. cause the ss kit is really the only good looking kit haha

Thanks for sharing your thoughts guys.

I'm definately going to drop it at the same time, if not before the new wheels/tires. I think I'm going to go with the sportlines, they seem to be a good bet.

I think I'll go ahead and order the parts and hopefully post some "after" pics soon!

The pinstripe isn't going to match your car. Keep in mind that you are going to have to wash them frequently because they will be covered in brake dust all the time. I would go with black or gunmetal.

White would look sick.

I'm with Exsoccer, pick up the GM or RK-Sport lip kit and lower on the sportlines. What sizes do they come in?

17's would get you a bigger wheel, but still allow you to look low.

I dig the white... especially on a red car!

BUT, as far as I know the white 045s haven't come back in stock at the warehouses yet... Maybe there will be some in the next batch of 045s coming back in shortly.
