alright guys i had a blow out and i neeed 2 front tires. i was thinking about getting bridgestone potenza s-02 . they are on ferraris and porsches and are awesome summer performance tires. problem is they are 200 bucks a tire and would take a week to get them in.

i dont want to be on a donut for a week. also what size can our stock rims handle

also i want to know what tires you guys have . please help

 

200 bucks a tire is the sam price youll pay for the pirellis you have on it now

 

225/40/18 i have to bfg g-force t/a kdw 2, but hey are also expensive... try looking for the Fuzion ZRI, i sell them at my shop and they are great and cheaper too, they are closer to 120 per tire...

 

ya i need a tire that will get sticky aswell and the pirellis suck ass for track.... ill pay 200 a tire if i have to, i just dont want to wait a week

 

go with Kumho Ecsta SPT, 97 bucks a tire and they are great, i have them on all 4 rims and i got them in 225/45Z/R18

 

i believe you can get a pair of KDW2s on ebay for $350 shipped

I am running 225/40/18 Falken Ziex ZE-512s (or 912s now) I got mine for about 140-150 a tire!

 

so i ended up getting eagle f1 gs-d3 225/40/18 on all 4... that means im selling my 2 back pirellis with 15000k on them and perfect tread...dont know a price yet but probably 50 each

and yes these are not touching winter, im gettin 16" steelies with blizzack on them

 

so i was trying to get a set of hankook's at pep boys the other day in 225/40/18 and they told me it would fit cause the tires would be rubbing my suspenion? has anybody else heard of the on stock rims and stock suspension?
