im ordering new tires for my car and wanted to change the size, right now i have the stock tires on it there 205-50-17 i want to do 225-45-17 or a 235-45-17 and the tire shop said it wont work. they said only 215-45-17 will work. are they right or can i fit that tire with no proplem. heres the tires im getting

That's stupid there wrong. I ordered a set of 225/45/17's a few days ago and all of my friends and people on here agreed it would fit no problem. 235 will fit also although i think it makes it look a bit too bulky, 225 would be perfect. So answer to your question 225/45/17 will fit and so will 235/45/17 but i would do the 225 because they fit very well and comfortably.

it must have taken the RSX about 10 minutes to hit the 130 he was claiming he was driving.

ok great thanks im going to order them now then ill get the 225. haha i no the rsx must have been going down hill for a long time to get to 130mph. ill switch it up ill put them on my pontiac then put a review of them on it lol.
