I just had some 235/40/18 Ventus V12 evo K110's thrown on my stock SS/SC wheels. They fit great and stick like **** on a blanket, but I'm not sure what pressure to leave them at. Currently at 32 psi like the stockers.

Just wanted to hear from people with the same tire/rim combo and see what pressure you run at and what the tread wear is like. I know quite a few people run these on their stockers, but I searched for a few mins and couldn't find what pressure to set them at.

 

I kept my nto5 tires at stock pressure, the factory goes through alot of trouble to come up with that pressure, mostly for braking...

 

32 is average psi for most cars in general. good mix of grip and heat cause by friction. too much heat = shitty tread wear. too high of psi = bald middle of tires, too little = bald outter edges. 32-35(winter) but in general 32 is great. maybe drop em a bit to like 30 in the front if ur going out racing. but they arestreet tires, and if your concern is wear, 32 and get an allignment.

 

i run 32-35 cold on my hankooks rs3s 235/40/18 alot of people have told me when i go to the track with them i should raise it to 40 cold and then let out some air later since max psi is higher than stock contis
