Both of my rear tires were gettin flat so i decided to take them in to have them checked out, turns out that they both were split open. I dont know how the hell thats possible even though i am living in a area with some shitty roads. So for 120 bucks i bought the only two tires that they had would fit, one is a 225/40/r18 and the other is a 245/40/r18! I need some new tires and im planning on getttin 4 new ones. What are some of the better tires for traction and handling??? The 245 looks sweet in the back cause it fills the gap in the wheelwell, but with a fwd car there is no need for bigger tires in the back, I am still considering getting bigger tires in the back though, they look badass. any help would be appreciated.

I wouldn't go any bigger than 235 45 18..... I am sure they will prolly fit but how safe I am not sure.

hhaha yea theres nuttin i could do about it untill i order new ones, my stockers on the front are worn out so im gettin new ones in december, and i had no choice, i need my car casue i commute to school, it looks pretty retarted i must say. I cant wait to get some new tires though

wow lol as of personal experience avoid by all cost avoid ventus hrr they are the worst tires i ever bought do to money issuei have a bubble on both my back tires from hitting a pot hole when i had the perrillis even though there not that good same pot hole nothing happen lol
