I have a set of the 16x6.5 5 spoke steel wheels that I'm getting powder coated black for a set of winter wheels. I want to add a 4mm pinstripe just inside the outer lip. I don't want to spend $130 on a pinstriping tool. I'm not sure if the vinyl pinstripe kits are junk or not.

How did you put a pinstripe on your wheels?
