Pirelli question

So heres a quick question. I was driving today in -4 degree weather and the Pirellis would not grip dry pavement. At what point do they lose traction temp wise??

according to the tire stats.. I think it was below 38 degrees you see a large drop in traction...
I have the new dunlop sp9090's and when they are cold I can spin through to the top of 3rd at part throttle... damn cold

Yeah it sucks bad. Its on thing to purposly spin but when you are just trying to drive and it does it, pisses me off.
