Thumbs up Reviewed: Pirelli PZero Nero M&S OE Size

Ok guys, last night (before the snow) I had 4 Pirelli PZero Nero M&S (Ultra High Performance All-Season) tires installed on my Cobalt SS SC, they are OE Size being 215/45/18 W93 M+S (Mud and Snow).

Let me tell you, they are bloody AMAZING. After I let the tire install place (after getting my bad news, see RANT) I drove around in the parking lot, it had begun snowing already and the ground was wet (like as if it was raining) but not yet slushy. So I hooked a turn and the car didn't budge. I turned out onto route 1. Quickly feathered the clutch out at like 2.2k and took off quick, shifted into second at around 4.5k and then 3rd at like 4k. The car was glued to the ground the whole time. I drove home in a very "spirited" manor and the handling of the tire in wet conditions felt far far superior to that of the 18" OEM Tires. This morning after getting some snow, I was able to drive through slush, snow and wet snow will the greatest of easy and confidence.

They Handle like a dream and are very very responsive in turns. I cannot wait for Dry Pavement . They are also VERY quick and comfortable for being such low profile tires. Also they are supposed to wear VERY VERY Well.

These Tires cost me $560 shipped from Tirerack.com and another 60 for mount and balancing.

Update: I have had a chance to run these babies on the dry roads, and I can honestly say they are grippier and handle better then the stock tires.

One of the best purchases Ive made.

Those thinking about it... STOP... Go get them NOW!

Did they have any problems mounting them?
