Which size tire for 18x7.5 et45 Evo5?

What is the widest/best fitting tire I can run on a 18x7.5 Enkei Evo5 et45?

I was thinking 225 or 235/40/18.

225-40 is perfect for a 7.5" wheel. You could go for a 235-40 if you want, but it's not necessary, and tires will be more expensive.

I didn't want to jack that thread... With 235 Toyo Proxes T1R's or Dunlop Star Specs there wouldn't be any fitment issues dropped on a set of KW Variant 2's would there?

235/40 will fit fine as long as you're not slammed. I don't think you have anything to worry about if you're on KW's

What would be better et35 or et45 if I was thinking of a Brembo swap? Or do the Evo5's even work with the Brembo setup?

On a side note how do you like the Stance coilover's, Boossted? I bought KW Var3's for my Focus but didn't get to put them on before I sold it, but was thinking of getting them again since the build quality looked great. I'd love to try the JBP's with Bilsteins, but they are pretty pricey. If I can work it I'll try to get them though. I love Bilstein. I almost got the PSS9's for my Focus. I think that is the model.

Edit: Oops, I guess it is et45 or et35 on the 18x7.5.... The et42 is on the 17x7's.

35 would be almost perfectly flush. 45 will be fairly deep in the wheel wells. 35 will look FAR better!

So the et35 is more dished then the et45? Would a staggered fitment look good? Or go just 35's?

I hope these fit over the Brembo kit as it is on sale and I'm thinking about picking up a set.
