if they are the same lug pattern and will fit in the fender well w/o rubbing, i would imagine that they would. I'd check the specs on the wheels first though!

Doesn't really what drive train they are.

As long as the lug pattern is the same, it should work fine.

Depending on the tire size though, it might throw you VSS slightly off making your calibration for your speedometer a little slower responding but it's nothing severe.

Arent the rear wheels wider than the front ones on those cars? I guess you could buy 4 front rims

I don't think so...didn't think GM would do anything like that.

RWD and FWD have different backspacing and offsets

ok.

Then what about aftermarket wheels? How come there aren't "rwd wheels" and "fwd wheels"?

They are different, just not labelled as FWD or RWD. Look up the back spacing and offsets for wheels that are on trucks vs. a front wheel drive car...they are different.

Just because they do not have the label does not mean that they are the same. You can believe me or not (better yet, call a tire shop), but I have learned the lesson the hard way with my truck in the past and yes, they were both RWD wheels, the back spacing was off and I could not even get the wheels on my truck.

You'll have to get spacers. I believe they have an offset of around 55 which means they'll hit your struts up front. If you put on some 20 mm spacers on an 8 inch wide tire you should be good to go!
