Which Tire?
Which Tire?
I will be needing new tires soon and I am not sure which tire I want to get. I have been looking at the BFG KDW2 and the Hankook Ventus R-S2 Z212. I hear they are both good tires. I also heard that the BFG's are very noisy. I was wondering if I could get a comparison of these tires and help on which one should I go with? Also I would like to go bigger as well. I was figureing 225 40 18, but I have seen a few with 235. So which size should I go with. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Look into the General Exclaim UHP's. Not too many people look into them, but a friend of mine has them on his Turbo Sunfire. He bought them to replace his Kumho SPT's and noticed a huge difference. They are also the highest rated tire in their category on tirerack.com and one of the lowest priced. They are good to at least try since they are so inexpensive.
If you use HPTuners, you can adjust for your tire size though right?
I recently got the Falken FK 452 for 135/tire at www.discounttiredirect.com and love them. I got them in a 225/45/18 because with the stock size my speedo was reading fast alreayd so the 225/45 should make it slower, so it should be pretty close now. A 225/40 would just make it read even more fast. I would check out that website and see what they have. They have free shipping and no tax, can't beat it. I love the fk 452.
