Talking Tire experience..

hey guys if this thread becomes a hit maybe it would make for a good sticky to help out people that are buying tires!

anyway im looking to get some new rubber and i was thinking about Bridgestone Potenza RE070s but i havent heard anything about them from other members i was curious if anyone one here has tried them? anything will help!

also i have kdw2s on right now and i may just go back to them becuase they were fu*king awsome and i loved them i have had them for about a year and they still have a little life left.. but i think i might want to branch out and try some other brands..

anyway if you guys can leave reviews of tires you loved and hated this would make for a great guide and a great sticky!!

i have BFgoodrich G-force sports on the front of my car, and they make a lot of tire noise when going down the road, but I'm also stock exhaust. Maybe if it was aftermarket and the exhaust made more noise i wouldn't care as much

at first i really didnt like haveing the nittos on my car i felt like i was spining way more then with the stockers. after the 1st week they started to grow on my and launching on the street is a breeze traction seems to get better as the tire wears. i got about 20,000 miles out of the fronts with no rotation and the last 10k the traction as been increasing every time i luanch it, (there almost slicks now) im def gonna buy them again, they seem to be one of the best tires for the price about 130$ per tire, i know the kdw2's are good but arent they like 150 per tire. to pricy for me

A unidirectional UHP tire that provides new tire performance in wet and dry even after the tire is more than half worn. It delivers world class technology by combining grip, handling, comfort, exceptional wear and eye appealing characteristics.

•High dispersion silica expands compound performance envelope for superior wet grip and better treadwear.

•Race proven carcass design with jointless cap plies, wide steel belts, ESCOT carcass profile and high durometer apex delivers razor sharp response and extreme grip without compromising ride quality.

•Three-dimensional lateral grooves optimize water evacuation in footprint.

•Triple tread radius optimizes footprint shape for even pressure distribution.

•Shoulder blocks tilted into direction of travel to improve grip and reduce worn noise.

•Rim Protector in the lower sidewall safeguards wheel against scratches and abrasions.
