Tire pressure
If you have the factory 17" wheel / tire package, your tires should be at 35 psi....so I would say the tpms is doing what it is meant to. Top em up, you will get better handling and mileage
x2 and please don't get the service tpm and check tire pressure messages mixed up like so many people do when they come into the shop i work at. but yes top them up to 35 or even 36 or 37psi and it will go out.
i was just going to post something similar to this...about a month ago my tire pressure light came on and my right rear tire was down to 21-22psi while the others were in the mid 30's, so i filled all the tires to 37psi...ever since theyve all stayed around 35-36 and yesterday the light came on again and the same right rear tire was down to 20psi while the rest was in the 30's. what do you guys think about that?

and alot of the time's the tech's won't fill them up all the way or their pressure gauge is off by a couple of psi, so when the gauge reads 35 its actually reading 32 or so. as well it also depends on how long the car sat and if it got cold over night.

How does that tire compare to how the LR looks like?
the RR def is a little softer compared to the others so i dont think its the sensor...last time the light came on i checked the tire pretty good and didnt see any naills or anything. Also how would i be able to tell if the valve stem, valve core or the bead is leaking and what do i do to fix it?

thanks, ill def try it next time i wash the car...I just filled the tire up to 36psi so ill see if it starts decreasing at all.
and ya we only do that if someone is asking for it or special occasions. it also helps when you have a huge shelf full of wheel weights lol. we've done worse though. re-routed our bosses washer fluid line to spray him in the crotch when he uses it.
I got him back....long time after this I put really long tie straps on his truck's drive shaft....funny though...he didn't appreciate it
Funniest one I had done to me so far was a "friend" (co-worker) put long plastic tie straps around my driveshaft (Ford).....makes one-heck of a racket when you get up to speed. Sounds funny at low speed......I was like: WTF?
