tire size 18" rims on a LS

Just purchased some 18's and was wondering what would be an ideal size tire. I was thinking 225/45/18? not sure if i would rub or not. Any LS's out there with 18s? what size are your tires.

no one has rims huh?

What width are your new rims? 225/40/18's are the most popular size. 225/45/18's are a bit tall IMO.

DO NOT use a 35 profile tire on an 18! You will have massive wheel gap and a harsh ride!

Too small. His car is Turbo'd, so it can easily handle 225/40/18's. 225/35/18's may be close to stock LS tire diameter, but the stock LS tires are TINY! lol.
If you want to retain your 4" factory wheel gap, the get 225/35/18's.
