tires

k i ordered a set of msr 045's 18x8 and i wanted to know what are decent 225/40/18 tires for them?
i wanted to spend around 400-450. i mean i don't mind spending less if the tires are decent but i just wasn't sure what are good tires
i can get kumho's pretty cheap on tire rack but a lot of people say they hydroplane easy and all that

give me some input.
