Trade 17" ss wheels for 18" ss wheels

I might be crazy, but I swear a while back that I saw a thread where someone was wanting to trade their factory 18" for a set of the factory 17". Anybody still wanna do this?

Are you talking the 17" SS (non-SC) wheels for the 18" SS/SC wheels? Aren't they different bolt patterns?

same bolt pattern, but i don't believe (my opinion) that anyone would trade ss/sc wheels for ss/na wheels....

I doubt it as well. The only way that would sound appealing to me is if there was a huge savings in weight and there isn't.

i would think that the 17's prolly weigh more, but in all honesty i don't know...

I'm pretty sure they do. I know the 18s weigh 24lbs, I think the 17s are closer to 30 lbs.

I believe it was me that wanted to trade, although I would want to see the 2.4 rims on an ss/sc before I did it.
