well last night was halloween and I had to work both jobs , I have been low on cash lately (hence the 2 jobs) so I had to agree to work both on halloween , sucky but I can deal , plus I went and partied after...... I didnt miss much. ANYWHOO , SO since I had to work I spoiled myself with some rims and tires , bought the rims from member here , ACESSBALT and we had been talking about doing the deal for a few weeks well yesterday I wanted to get myself a halloween treat , So in the pictures , rims look good and look like they hold air , I drove an hour to meet acessbalt and ended having to buy the rims off his DAD. so his dad meets me in moberley and acessbalt sent me a text (that I saved) that says "all the rims are in great shape , scratches on the outside (no biggie at all) but one has a small dent but for sure hold air , money back guarantee" SO i get there and almost all 4 of them have dents in them and are just in alot worse shape than he described , I asked his dad if he knew if they held air and he also said they did , so I was like its only 200$ vs 1200 or more for new rims and tires.... BUT I get to my tire store and my buddy hooked me up with some 215/35r18's(FOR FREE) off a mini that have almost all the tread still there and so I go to my delivery job and then i have one rims thats leaking and no jack to change the wheels because I dumped my spare to lose weight . at this point I went to my buddy mark at custom muffler and luckily he did a quick change and put the old wheels back on , SO I try to call acessbalt and he forwards all my calls and he doesnt have a voicemail..... sorry if this just seems like a pointless rant but I needed to vent ..... damn you acessbalt...

I realize this is a wheel-related issue (sorry to hear this BTW - I feel for ya) but it would probably serve your purpose better in the sale section. I haven't check but I hope you post there too if you feel this strongly about the sale. I know I for one take the user reviews of sellers to heart and would want to know this info.

 

thanks man , I got it worked out , I came to the dealership this morning and it just so happens that our wheelbending guy from STL is here. LUCKY!!! he quoted me 150 to fix all 4 , then he heard the story and I told him I work for a local sub shop as well and deliver sandwiches and he said if you feed my family tonight for free Ill just do it free of charge...... karma happened to work out on this one. w00t
