what tires?

well, i need new tires for my ss/sc... any ideas? im thinkin allseason so i dont have to get another set for the winter... i have about 16K on the stock tires... what you guys avg on them

You burned those tires up fast! I have 13K on my tires, and still at 5/32 left. I would be careful changing to all season. Our cars have enough traction problems already without changing to a tire that has less traction. I would definately investigate traction before up and switching to a different tire.

get some pirelli pzero neros if youy have money, if not go with the es100's, anf it you're still broke go with the general's... i work at discount tire company, go to tires.com

i have winter wheels and tires, i went with the cheapest summer (ultra-high performance) tires i could find, i got kumho excta spt in size 225/40/18<--- $85 per tire with that size from tire-rack

look into KUMHO's SPT's. I had them on my NEON R/T and LittleStealthSS has them now on his SS/SC and he is very happy..... they are summer only and are available from tire rack at about $110 each.

I also agree RNJMUR on have traction issues w/ an all season tire

FALKONS only for me they have a 9/10 on dry and 8/10 on wet those are awsome numbers, when I had them on my vibe I stuck to the asphalt inall weather conditions

I used the Falken 512s, they are an excellent all season Z rated tire! I had them on my FWD turbo eclipse and they seemed to grip as good if not better than these P-Zeros! IMO! I am getting them in 235/40/18! THey are like 100 bucks a tire!

falkens are crap guys.... cheaply made... michelin or bfg or pirelli for big spenders, dont take anything less then a yokohama
