07 Cobalt ZZP 3" CAI

Everything came as listed on their website

Wrinkle black is def. a nice alternative to a stockish look
Clears the 07 brake lines...(barely)
Was a major pain to install due to a super tight fitment. WD-40 is your friend!
OEM MAF sensor screws work w/ provided maf housing.

Over all it's a quality product

Sweetness, will be getting one after Stage2, are 07s the only ones with the brake line issues?

I think so

Just take your time w/ it and lightly lube up the cuppler for ease of install.

Your MAF bolts worked? Hmmmmm..... maybe mine were not original then. Looks like some type of metric thread bolt and the ones that were on my car were some strange course thread deal.

possibly?

they threaded right in tho...

I do recall fudging around w/ a 3" maf housing from ZZP and the OEM screws did not fit.

I'm having an issue with mine...The coupler with the bend in it is being squished by the coolant reservoir and the frame. Am I just installing it wrong or what?

Try turning the coupler

- attach the maf side first

- then rotate the coupler until it clears

- attach throttle body side

- check for clearance issues, and tighten
