haha oh im aware.. however i drive that in about a week lol i do about 20K + a year lol i've gone like 11K in 5 months lol

 

i cant wait to get my car back so i can get my header on

 

installing at my other house 140mi away in the mountains, where i have a heated garage...so i will have 280 mile on it by the time i get home. then a 2 more days of going back and forth to work, and that will net me 500 mi. i do around 30k/yr.

 

so i opened my box today to start the install of the header and to my suprise the header is defective. there is a large dent/pinch on the outside of the primary it squishes pretty bad and now i have to play the waiting calling begging messing around with zzp to get my header replaced

 

Post pictures of it. I would like to see it.

Well I just found out that my header/downpipe is in town now and I will be picking it up tomorrow!!!!

 

is it right where the piping connects to the flange by the block? because if thats the case it supposed to do that, we need to see pics before we can judge whats up

 

Did that exhaust leak ever get fixed with a larger gasket? I think mine is leaking too at the same spot. I was getting on it today and sounded like a leak right under the shifter...

 

i was paranoid from hearing you guys talking about leaks. i took my car down to the shop and im leak free... but i have a stong arm and i can tighten **** like no other... did you guys get yours on tight enough?

 

I don't know, I thought I did, but the leak seems to be getting louder. Maybe I will crawl under there tomorrow morning and try to retighten everything. Such a pain in the ass though. I'm temped just to go down to the local exhaust shop and have them look at it just to make sure.

 

have a friend start it and give a little gas whilre you're under the car. feel around the flanges, and if there's a leak you'll feel it.

 

so these are out now?? i just got back from mexico, so im trying to get myself back upto speed

 

should be arriving any day for us bonz.

mine is in calgary right this minute.

sadly due to weekend/christmas, probably wont see it till 26th or 27th though

you mean to get to the bolts? you have the heat shield off, i'm assuming. you'll have to probably just feel around. your under the car, correct?
