autolite iridium spark plugs

anyone at zzp. i bought the autolites for my turbo 2.4 but never got around to installing them. im finally going to do it. do they need to be gapped, and if so to wut?

idk how long they will last due to them being autolites... ive had nothing but bad things using those

ive heard the opposite as far as positive results.. zzp is the ones that suggested i get these in the first place. its wut comes in their kits.
