Well if history repeats itself, I doubt there will be a specific discount on short blocks. But I wouldn't mind being proven wrong. I won't be posting updates though like last year.

I would but my passport is expired. I am surprised to hear you say how much work it is since this is exactly the method used by JC Whitney when they Ship winter tires every fall. Maybe it's easier because they are all tires?
