We try to do 1/2 off everything but there is usually only 1 or 2 available at 1/2 off, then 40% and so on. You have to be fast. Many items are below cost which is why we limit purchases.

We don't give this info. if we did, one guy with a fast computer and fast fingers would get everything he wanted 1/2 off.

Any plans on something special for your Canadian customers? Even something as simple as being able to buy the item at black Friday pricing and getting a separate shipping price later would be good.
Even better would be if you could truck all the Canadian stuff accross the border and ship it from the Sarnia. It would save all us Canadians from being bent over by UPS. I think you would sell a lot more product up here for just a little extra work on your part.

Lol@Slash you are a pretty bright guy. Just figure out what you are asking. Truck from Grand Rapids to Port Huron, clear across the state of Michigan, about 5 hours or more.
then get a canadian broker and import it. pay the HST. AND the brokerage fees.
then how do you arrive at the shipped/hst price to charge the customer?

Gloria does wo or three importations a month through Niagara Falls NY for our little enterprise. Its a pita sometimes and the paperwork is immense. If you are not set up to import/export with PARS BARCODES etc, then you cannot do it yourself. ONE time importations are MORE expensive than the UPS charges. US and Canadian regulations require PRECLEARANCE of all shipments. ALL SHIPMENTS must be electronically transmitted 12- 24 hours in advance with PARS barcodes and paperwork must accompany the shipment at the border for presentation and must match. TARIFF codes must be line item matched to each part. ANY mismatched TARIFF codes the preclearance will be rejected and the importation cant happen.

Today, to RETURN Rock auto control arms for my SAAB (which were wrong, Rock auto screwed up) cost us $50.00 for brokerage and 2.5% duty on a US PURCHASED PART.Rock Auto paid the freight. o good.

If you want stuff from ZZP buy it, ship it to mailboxes and more or someone like that US side, and off you go to get it. TIP: dont undervalue it, dont miss a couple of items when you come in with across the border, they check paperwork and they count parts at the border.
If you do it wrong you lose the parts, pay a penalty and etc. ugh.
