So I just tried ordering your h/e kit... and like I said in the email I sent y'all, my internet connection sucks due to where I'm stationed and for whatever reason, it decided I needed my h/e tomorrow next day air, which really couldn't be farther from the truth since the car is in storage about 7 hours away from me. Any help y'all could give me would be greatly appreciated since I didn't plan on paying almost $300 for this h/e

 

call the company before they ship it and tell 'em u want regular shipping, they should credit you the money back.

yea... appendicitis on christmas day + emergency surgery + abscess = 1/4" gauze hanging out your stomach that needs changed every freakin day

thanks lol. it does the same thing to my roommates when i have to clean it up and change the gauze. hopefully ZZP can help me out in the morning though because my wife would kill me if she knew how much my internet connection cost me in shipping

 

So after a few emails back & forth with ZZP, they were more than happy to change the shipping on my order and set everything straight for me the way I intended to order it. well kind of... the shipping got changed but still no refund on the difference in cost. Hopefully it will get taken care of tomorrow

 

We cannot refund a transaction until it has been batched out. The order came in on Friday so we couldn't refund til today. We've refunded the difference in shipping and you should see the $ hit your account shortly.

i just went on their web site cause i want to order one of there heat exchangers and i cant find them on their anymore
