Thumbs up Ultimate ZZP Review

Wow. just wow. i could not have asked for better service and treatment than i did with ZZP. been dealing with them, and Ryan mainly, since mid March. long story behind the car but its all complete now. Ryan and I spent about 2 months planning out what direction we were going to take with my car and i have to say, my only complaint is that i didn't do it sooner. everything on the car is amazing. 100% solid. from when they got the car to when i picked it up was about 2 weeks time. and in that time Ryan took it from soy sauce to Buffalo Wilds Wings blazin' sauce. theres one other lsj with more power, and its his so i guess i can't complain haha. Ryan definitely went the extra mile with my car. taking care of things that other shops most definitely wouldn't have. like cleaning the entire engine bay while the cradle and engine were dropped. and let me tell you that probably was no easy task. He also was kinda enough to let me crash at his house because he had the integrity to say the car wasn't ready to go yet, it needed more miles on it before i made the trip back. so we spent the night out on the town driving around, hanging out at sonic, pullin a kenne ball c5 and puttin a couple busses on a terminator while short shifting. i gotta say, i didn't feel like i was hanging out with some guy that works at a shop, i was hanging out with someone that shares the same passion i do.

now on to the car. 100% amazing. put together perfectly. and by perfectly i don't mean just because it made 600 horsepower, but because i took it on a 1300 mile drive and i never had one leak, one CEL, one noise, one rattle(aside from the normal cobalt rattles), nothing at all went wrong. along the way of the build ryan kept me updated pretty much every day by phone, and if i didn't get a phone call i got an email. find me a shop that does that, you can't. i'm really trying to think of something to complain about this entire process, but other than the Gojo being almost out in the bathroom, i honestly can't. ZZP, Ryan, and Matt went above and beyond on my build, and i'm way beyond satisfied. i didn't expect ryan to redo about 30% of my wiring harness, clean the engine bay, etc. but thats why i have no problem ZZP is definitely #1 in my book for anything that you need. they won't treat you with disrespect and ryan, matt, everyone that works at the shop definitely know what theyre doing.

all in all. i'll be back for my new head and trans later this year or early next. plus the fuel system and we'll shoot for more power.

but for now i leave you with this.

christ.. and I was all excited about getting what now amounts to a "measly" intercooler from ZZP compared to your setup. Way ta be a buzz kill man!

hahahaha.. j/k..

I seriously wish I had the cash to do a serious build like yours. The car must be sick!

not to bash zzp but when you spend the kind of money you did on an engine of course they are gonna treat you like a god, when you spend $50 on zzp i wonder if the treatment is the same
