Tenzo R Springs Installation

Just wondering if anyone else here has installed the tenzo springs on their balt. I bought them for my 2.2 but there aren't any instructions in the box an i can't seem to find them anywhere else. I'm just wondering if i'm going to need to cut the bump stops or do any other special install stuff. Any info would be appreciated. BTW i bought them from gravana's site. Thanks

Look for a "How-To" on this form, all spring installs are the same. Just find a thread from another 2.2 member that installed springs. As for cut off bump stops, some say do it some will say don't. Be sure to get an alignment a few days after you've swapped springs.

If you don't have an impact you will hate life trying to install springs, FYI

Don't do the swap yourself unless you have spring compressors either. You should be able to rent them from Autozone or someplace like that.

RULES! I borrowed spring compressors from Canadian Tire. It's free, I just had to pay the purchase price as a deposit. I got a full refund when I returned them.

Well, isn't that great, it works the same way at AutoZone and Advanced Autoparts here too

An air hammer speeds up the process as well. (for the pressed in strut bolts)

A normal hammer with some muscle behind it works just fine.
