help with hp tuners

ok im new to tuneing i have 60 lb injectors an a 2.8 on the way i read somewhere about tuneing your mass air flow to match your injector rate by useinging the histogram tables?? to get these you have to run a scan right? im all confuse with this. can some make it easier for me? i installed a aftermarket h/e and in getting about 30 degrees diffrence between IAT and IAT2 i also set my fans to come on at 40% minimum at 200 is this bad it have them running alot? so im learning somethings but for some reason im not grasping fuel ratios

I just wrote a how to on tuning for 60s. It'll be there as soon as the mods approve it. It sounds like you may need some basic info first, so I would do a search for MAF tuning, to start with.
