08 5spd LT Clutch issues

Hey everyone, I have an 08 Cobalt LT 5spd slate metallic. There is a noise when the car is in neutral (rattling sound) when i push in the clutch it stops, I'm pretty sure it is the throw out bearing going bad. The car only has 900 miles on it, so as you can guess I'm pretty pissed off. Also the clutch doesnt start to engage until almost the top of the pedal travel. My g/f has an 07 ls 5 spd with 20k miles and it hasnt had any clutch issues. Also, my brakes dont feel "right" either. I have to push the pedal down a good ways for them to start working. I wonder if it has anything to do with the master cylinder. Any ideas?

funny i have the same sound but the weird thing is that when i open the door it sounds like its coming from the exhaust and rattling continues until i rev the car up a bit and then same thing again and sometime my dash and headlight dim a bit and the car rev's between 500rpm and 1000 and continues to jump up and down and the rattling is really bad especially when the ac is on.

It really sucks too because I traded in my 04 Cobra in on the car (yeah I was dumb to do that) cause gas was gettin too much for the ol SVT plus insurance and 430 monthly payments. I love the gas mileage the cobalt gets, my g/f's car has been excellent so far so I figured what the hell. *sigh* I just hope this isn't a prelude of things to come.... I also forgot to mention my right door has a rattle inside the door panel area that is annoying and my hubcaps squeak!!

Yeah the sqeeky hubcaps are killing me too. there is a TSB for them and i brought it to the dealer and all they did was put some tape in certain areas on the backside of the hubcap. But the problem is still there

Well, I dropped the car off at the dealer yesterday. If they have to keep it a few days, I hope they don't stick me with driving an aveo... LOL

Well I just picked up the car back from the dealer...They fixed the window rattle and hubcap squeak, but they said the the rattle I was hearing was "normal" on all manual transmission vehicles. I'm no mechanic but I'm pretty damn sure I've owned enough manuals to know that the TOB isn't supposed to rattle like that in neutral. When I got home i sat in my g/f's cobalt and it is quiet as can be. Mine sounds like a damn choo choo train when in neutral. What should I do? I was thinking of taking it to a different Chevy dealer, although I'm sure they will say the same damn thing...I'm pretty pissed off if you can't tell haha.
