You don't really notice it until you actually do it, but Cobalts definitely need lowering springs. Here's my 2.4L lowered on Sportlines and 18" Gunmetals. Wheels look good though bro.

For cars 1997 and older, they don't sniff for emissions. They plug up using an OBD-II port on our cars to check for problem codes. I'm going to have my check engine light cleared and I should be good for emissions.

Its hard to say how long it took, I just kind of picked away at it over the winter. Ive had them on for a while but never got around to posting the pics. I used duplicolor wheel paint, satin black with clear over it. I didnt polish the wheels per say, but I did use some meguirs scratch x on them, and it definately helped. Thanks for the compliments

wheels looks awesome. i thought your car was on a jack at first...but it wasn't. the roads around where i live are crap too and i have sportlines. trust me it will be worth it.
