Now to my understanding i thought the bulb was clear but there was an orange reflector over it but this listing on ebay is depicting something different. Please give me some clarification.

All your getting with that is a Silverstar like bulb that looks chrome when it off . Their auction is probably purposely misleading with the pic of the Cobalt with the clear corners to sell them lightbulbs .

The amber on the parking light IS in fact a clear amber tinted insert . You would need to pull apart your lens to remove it . Its held in with 3 tabs and pops right out .

 

But the clear lens is held on pretty darn good and needs to be heated to be removed

 

yes, the bulb is clear. the orange is just a reflector that pops out when you open up your headlight, from what i can tell they used a cobalt with clear corners(putting them in the oven and taking the orange piece out), they took a photo of the car with orange bulbs with the parking lights on for the before picture(which are not orange they are clear because what would be the point of having an orange reflector and an orange bulb), then they put clear bulbs in to show the after photo, but they look light cheap knock-off's of silverstar bulbs because real silverstar bulbs appear to be chrome or clear but when they are turned on they are orange, the ad is in fact misleading so don't buy them thinking you will get clear turn signals and all that cus you won't
