How much did you pay for your 08-09 SS?

Im looking for a 08-09 ss and I'm wondering what you guys were able to negotiate in terms of pricing? how much could you haggle them for? In addition to your price what extras did your car come with? Also if anybody can answer this, how much does the dealer pay for one?

this has been covered a few times, but i want to know is if anyone has looked up the dealer cost yet on Consumer reports. It helps a ton with buying new cars.

eh those prices really don't sound too great, dunno how on earth employee discount led to 24k, even if it had all the options, and 22.5/23.7 is ok i guess for an 09, definitely not for an 08 though. Is it harder to talk them down on a cobalt ss then it would be to on a different car?

22,xxx base price, + LSD + Sunroof + SALES TAX + new license plate fee = 24,500 for an '09, not '08

If someone paid 22k out the door, they got the car for less than employee price, or they didn't pay sales tax

I believe I paid about 22 fully loaded out the door, 19,900 I believe, somthing about wind damage, so paint isnt covered under warrenty, It's really just a GM write off thing. so 19,900 plus tax and stuff bring me to 21,700 or so? It was a long day and I was tired lol Thats just an estimate of around what I paid. Now add intrest and we talking a whole new game

If I actually follow through..... 23,2xx out the door. And about a 5-6 week wait.
From what they tell me, the insentives they have now are better than employee pricing.
