im a second year medical student, diagnosis with brain tumers and mental illness is very unexplainable and difficult to provide treatment. People can have full symptomatic schizophrenia at any waking moment, House would love to diagnose those cases. Out of all the elctronurse pulses out of every brain in this universe that we are aware of, only human minds have severially developed conscience as we all know. The ability for a mind to work that way ours does is completely sophisticated, and interpreting thses thought into our souls can be very very overpowering. Only according to the bible will explain why only humans are the ones of any kind. yet again nothing can stop other miracles of life from developing into smarter lifeforms them selves. With extreme study of the mind, I don't blam him for being chraged with NCR. Our minds are so special, its almsot impossible to say why only the caveman had developed futher into ours today. Moral of the story is we cant 100% explain what happens inside human heads, theres obviously something there making him feel that way.

Absolutely rediculous. That guy knew what he did. You can't just pull a guy's head off and not realize it. I won't step on a greyhound. that's for sure.

 

Well first off we have no death penalty in Canada anymore so he can't die for his crime, no matter how much we'd want eye for an eye justice. Personally, I just wanna see him locked up for the rest of his life. Either in a jail cell or in a psychiatric prison, I don't care which. Its obvious from the start when I first heard this happening he had some kind of mental illness, no one can deny that. But, to say he's not responsible for his actions is nonsense. His schizophrenic breakdown or whatever you wanna call it didn't just cause some public nuisance, he brutally murdered a perfect stranger. Blame him for his actions or not, but it's still his brain and it's the only one he's got, he can never be trusted to be released in society at all and for the rest of his life. Unfortunate for him we won't be able to release him of his shame and take his life away. This man will have to live with this for a very long time till someone decides on their own to release him them selves or till the natural end of his longevity.

Laws these days are such bull **** IMO. I don't think people should get of by reasons of insanity. I think we let to many murderers live in prison and cost tax payers money year after year. An eye for an eye. Sane people do not commit murder end of story. Kill this jackass along with every other murdering asshat.

 

Here's the thing... if he's not guilty or not criminally responsible, he will be locked up in a mental institution for at least 25-life years anyhow.... totally sick & disturbing crime, i couldn't imagine being the victims family in court and hearing how this guy stuffed body parts and ate parts of the guy while he was on the bus & cut the guys head off and blah.. discust... I hope the guy gets locked up in mental institution for life. solitary confinement & tube fed.

if he is made so he goes back into the public with counseling, that won't be good enough... cuz what's stopping him from going out and doing this again? Nothing... cuz the guy is a ******* nutcase.
