I had the GMPP Exh Mani installed when I bought the car so I never knew what the difference was...

The GMPP intake is nice -- best looking IMO...but it's not the best for performance unless you get rid of the base...it's restrictive to incoming air...

DO NOT! buy that pos gmpp manifold. I bought mine with the gmpp cat-back and damn......a waste of money.

1.Heavy
2.Pointless
3.Dont buy it thinking your gonna save your warrenty just get a header n wrap it.

I installed it on my car with the LSJ downpipe at the same time

I felt a slight difference at 3500 RPM's

it's the stocker, polished and slightly ported
someone dynoed a 6whp gain on a SS/SC with the GMPP catback installed already

so I would say around 3-4 whp for you
