I have a 06 2.4L SS/NA and am looking for some opinions on the following exhaust options.
They are the Vibrant stainless header & DP combo along with the Vibrant street power
cat-back exhaust system.
Just wondering if any one has any opinions on this combination.

 

i have the vibrant 3" catback and i truely love it. you dont get the raspy sound a full throttle. its more of an adult roar. when your down shifting it sounds like a v8. truely love it

 

it's a good set up but the cat-back is only 2.25in. the 3" is just to large for NA cars

 

I agree 3" for me is to much, I looked at the GMPP cat-back first but the Vibrant is priced better.
For me I think the 2.25" should be OK, better then the stock exhaust.

 

Vibrant header dp and catback are all good

I have vibrant header/dp and gmpp cat back, its not loud enough for me i wish i had the vibrant cat back

 

The stock cat back is 2.5" from the cat all the way to the rear axel. Then from the rear axel back its 2.25". So I wouldent go with a 2.25" all the way through when the stock one is already larger for the majority...Go with a full 2.5"...Just my .02

Thanks for all the input, I think I will go with the vibrant header dp combo and go with either the magnaflow 2.5" catback or the one at Mandrel Exhaust systems site that is stainless 2.5" and uses magnaflow muffler.
Any opinion on which resonator to go with, the magnaflow 14" or the 18"?
