Trifecta'ed stock, now buying more parts...

So I got my tune from Trifecta when I was stock. I didn't have plans on doing anything else to the car then, so I figured go for it. Now with the discounted cat-less downpipe from CIA I will be ordering, and their impending release of their SRI, I have 2 more parts I will be putting on the car.

My question is this: With the downpipe being next, and the SRI whenever it's released, can I put the downpipe on there without getting the car re-tuned? I am not asking this question from a max performance point of view, but a safety point of view. I would like to wait until I get the SRI on there before I order a re-tune from Trifecta. So would having the downpipe without a re-tune be safe?

With ther intake it may be wise to have to MAF rescaled for mak performance but honestly CIA has done their homework so it should be reading very close to stock. So, from a safety standpoint no retuning is really necessary is my answer.

Wouldn't it be like putting bolt-ons on an otherwise stock tune since all tuners are doing, on a VERY basic level, is raising the power output limit the PCM is trying to reach? So basically if you put bolt-ons on and didn't re-tune for them you may boost 1PSI or so less to compensate for the added power of the bolt-ons?
