So I'm looking for the orange/amber plastic piece that goes directly under/around the turn signal bulb. It is somewhat cone shaped. I hope everyone knows what I'm talking about.

I just got off the phone with the dealership and they said this was the part but I am not sure. The guy on the phone didn't sound like he knew what I was talking about 100% is there anyway anyone can verify that this part number is what I actually need.

I can't find a picture anywhere online and the closest dealership is at least 15 miles away. Don't really want to drive 15 miles without headlights. lol.

Any help is appreciated.

 

Why exactly would you need it if you are painting the lights? Mask off the reflector surfaces and get an orange or silverstar turn signal bulb.

If you want it, I do not know anyone that has them or if you can get them seperate from the whole light assembly

 

I painted the WHOLE middle piece. I have an amber light, is that all I need for it to be considered legal?

It's a DD and I live in cities with a lot of cops that don't really give breaks.

I did not mask off the refector area for the turn signal. Does that make it illegal now?

 

That may depending on how bright the bulb is w/o the reflectors and how the cops view it

 

Yea that's what I'm afraid of. I have offal luck with cops. haha. First week with the car (tints when I bought it) I got pulled over for the tints.

i think i read that you can have white and orange turn signals and its legal

but idk where i read that haha

i would recommend that site but the shipping is outrageous to Cali i wanted to get replacement rear grilles and the price was cheap but the shipping was like twice the amount of the grille haha

 

Just went to the Dealership and it was not the right part. They do not sell that alone. BS!!!
