So i got my lights in today and couldnt wait. I rushed up some of my tools and ran out and jumped into it so here we go!

im not to sure how "impressed" i am with the way they turned out (dont get me wrong i love them but just expected more)....but let me know what you think


oh yeah! one more thing it took me 15 minutes to do so for a newb who knows nothing i rate it
20-30 mins without knowing what your doing

i still have to aim them (still to light outside to do so.)

so coulda ben a waste of time but from what ican see it looks as if the cutoff line is where it needs to be but ill wait for darker to do that.

yeah i have 1st generations there pretty good
i kinda want to change the led's and all that but don't wanna mess around with them since getting the led's out of the halo ring is a pain in the ass with out taking the whole lens off and all that
i got mine aimed at pepboys because i didn't want to mess around with it. they were so off it was nuts

see how bright the bulbs are at night
mine weren't bright at all lit up not a lot on the road
so i got 8000k HID's and everything is a lot better

 

dude do people still use 56k? looks good

 

haha i didnt even mess around with the joke bulbs they send with them, already had hids just got different bulbs, everyone says go with 8000k but i got 12000k and i think they put out just as much as 8000k however the highbeams are bright. i believe i read here a way to make highs and lows on at the same time without holding the lever back....have to look that up and do it.

How hard was it to aim them?

 

They are easyer then the First and Third gens. You don't have to take the 2nd gens out to aim. Just need a phillips screwdriver
