Im about to buy 1 of 2 cars. Theres a 2006 Cobalt SS Supercharged w/ LSD and Recaro seats for $25,823 i was able to talk the dealer down to $22,458.
Theres also a 2006 Cobalt SS Supercharged for $23,050 havn't tried talking down yet. How mcuh do you think i can get each car for at the lowest possible price? and which should i go with? Both are black, the one for $23,050 has a R&B interior.
(This could be a rumer but i eard the LSD doesn't work oast 25 mph T or F?)

Hi Folks -
Since someone else brought this thread from the dead.....
I worked the price to $18,800 from $21,500 sticker, and got $10 trade in on my truck.
There was some $500 rebate or "downpayment helper" program, so with tax and license, OTD, $19,200 - $10000 = $9200.
$200 payments for 48 months @4.75 APR.
I was able to get a big discount on the car because it had been in a car show, so GM gives a special allowance to the dealer for these cars.
best regards -

Paid something like $22,400 for an 06 SS/SC with sunroof, G85, XM Radio after tax, setup and whatever other fees were on there, plus my supplier discount and GM points. MSRP was $23,080 and invoice was $21,998, so I didn't do to bad I don't think.
My price might be wrong...you'd think I'd know seeing as how I just picked the car up 3 days ago.

2006 SS SC sticker at 25,550 msrp, talked down to 23,450 OTD, G85 recaro LSD, XM, Sunroof, Airbags, etc...no on star. That's with license, registration and sales tax, which I understand some states don't charge at all.
