WoW! really pissed with the dealer!

so i had some time before i went into work today so i stopped by the local chevy dealer i bought my ss/sc from last june and decided to get prices on stage 1 and 2 . nobody in the service department even knew what i was talking about. they couldn't find it on any of the websites they were looking at. the damn service manager hadn't a clue either. WTF!!! oh get this this is what they said. " Isn't that an aftermaket part?" "you can't get those at the dealer." i told them they were out for a month or two and are under gm warranty, but noo they said they couldn't believe somethinbg like that is under warranty. how can a gm dealer that makes the damn kit not know anything. im at a loss for words and what to do. this is an everytime thing. they never know what the *** is going on!!! help

They are still on back-order as a matter of fact. After the initial stage II blitz they have gone on back order. Show the dealership this web page.
http://www.crateenginedepot.com/ (Type stage 2 in the search box)
Here is the part number Cobalt Stage 2 Performance 245 hp Upgrade Kit 17803229
