Well hell it popped before but now with the catless CAI DP my car spits all over the place i heard a shotgun blast other night its awsome though.. wish i had the perfomance display so i could read AFR

anyone else notice this with there intake bad

 

No CEL's?
Check the breather fitting isn't leaking, wrap it with rubber tape if you have to, to make sure nothing is sucking unmeasured air.

 

its rich not lean, Time for that tune maybe?

 

Of course the exhaust is going to pop when you don't have a cat. This has nothing to do with running rich, the ecm always commands the same afr no matter what.

It's the intake I believe. The LNF's extremely sensative. A catless DP will allow you the hear the pops of the turbo better over stock. I personally love the 1st to 2nd shift as the turbo starts to spool and then spools down. Have someone follow you as well to check for black smoke, if you're putting some out you are running rich.
