Took my plugs out to look at them and check the condition of them.


From left to right: cylinder 1, 2, 3, 4

They r 1 step colder ngk plugs, installed on 5-1-09, so about 5-7k miles...also I have a new problem.

P0122
P0171
P0223
P1682

got these codes, and car refuses to go past 5k rpm...

can't really see pics too well, but they look fine to me...no carbon deposits or anything. Did you notice any fluids on them when you took them off?

Well the browned ceramic eletrodes are signs of being too hot... or being lean!

Why would they stay factory white if it was too hot! DOH!

yeah sorry for the shitty pics...

#1 and #4 had more carbon build up on them, 2 and 3 had less from what i could tell...
