We have been a American four cylinder specialist since 1997, and we were modifying American four cylinder vehicles before it was the "IN" thing to do (ie, SRT-4, Cobalt SS, etc).

We posted pictures of the Cobalt SS project vehicle we bought a few weeks ago on this forum, and we are proud to have the first one in Texas in fact ! We will be developing a LOT of parts for this vehicle, and we will not only be manufacturing parts, but we will test out all of the parts we sell to make sure we know what works and what doesnt.

As time moves on, we will prove to the Cobalt community that we can be a trusted vendor that will keep a huge inventory of parts IN stock, that ships almost all orders the same day, and treats the Cobalt community with respect.

Stay tuned with parts announcements, and more developments as they come along here, and on our website !

Hey, thats great news. Modern Performance seems like a great comany. I've surfed through their (excellent) site a bunch of times, tons of stuff, plus their prices are spot on - you can tell there not out to rip anybody off.

Two of the things that we have always felt very highly of, is to have same day shipping, so that you can get your products fast ! Also, to have real car enthusiasts answering the phone. You dont have to go through a automated system to place your order, nor should you have to wait, we believe that you should talk to someone whos a car enthusiast immediately, place your order and be done ! I am just amazed at the number of companies out there who dont answer their phones, or expect you to do business with them and not have a contact phone, just an email address !
