It was brought up a while back about going up to Pittsburgh Raceway Park this Friday for the F&F night there. Supposed to be alot of Ipmorts and such there, and a fun night.

Anyone up for it?? I'm going for sure providing the rain holds off that night. My cuz & his WRX/STI buddies are going up, so I plan on being there. Won't be running, just spectating. I think my car's had enough track time this week...lol

I may or may not make it. I think I was supposed to go to Idlewild that night.

I still have to get George's time slips (and my own) from last week scanned. I'm a slacker.

 

eh, my "best" time is NOT representative as to what that car CAN do....

I saw a kid up there with the same thing as me run once, and be 2 tenths under my BEST score, so blahhhhhhhhhhh

High 14's...really high 14's.... Couldn't get traction and it's mostly the driver's fault... he's a moron. I'm firing his ass tomorrow.

I doubt I'll be up for it, even as a spectator. I have a total of 19, yes that is and one AND a nine papers do preferably by this Friday, but definitely due by next Friday on top of 6 hours of class plus three hours of driving per day this week.

By Friday I suspect me will = FRIED...this is gonna be rough, but the class itself is interesting.

 

I dont think i didnt that bad up there for being my first time, i could have done alot better though, for gods sake i have the intense stage 3 and only ran a 14.2 @ 101.. I dont think you did that bad brian for your first time down the track with a stick. You'll get better dont worry. Then again i was running slightly slower than dan and he has the stage 5....heheheh.

I autocrossed the whole wekeend, and man it was a blast! The 2nd day's course was alot faster and less busy, so I had alot of fun both days. The 1st day was technical and I was glad I got thru every run clean, although I DID go off course the 1st run...

The fun runs ended up being my best runs... and I had a passenger! I knocked off 2 secs from my best time.

ANyway.. back to drag racing....

I won't be running this week, but I'll be there. I have no desire to run against evos, sti's and the like.
