paint warrenty
thats what i would think too...but I dont remember them telling me that when I go through a car wash my car would end up with millions of little scratches. Or am I an idiot and car washes do that to all paint?
If your dealer cares about you as there customer they would buff it out to fix the problem. I had issues with my car when I got it and they fixed them. Dont tell them you went through a car wash with it.

I just called my dealer yesterday about the paint job. They had sent me months ago to a body shop where they do all their paint work, and I spoke with the Body Shop manager and he said I got sprayed with rocks from an 18-wheeler. Whatever, the car was only 3mths old at the time. I'm seeing him again next week, and it depends on what that body shop mngr says as to wether they will repaint the hood. My contact at the dealership said there is no warranty for the paint, and it's up to their discretion.
EDIT: The dealership did say though that the paint must be thin and shouldn't show so much wear in such a short time.

I think you should pursue it, and I think they should buff it out if they value you, as they
should repaint mine if they value me
Good Luck! And never use a brush on your car again.
It would depend on how long you've had your car though... a few months it'll work, other than that I think your **** outta luck.

if you use a non touchless you gotta seriously be sure that the facility is a good place and that they take care of their stuff everyday cus it could quickly turn in a bad situation. A brand spankin new place opened up down the street from me that is non touchless and they have all the latest equipment and the wash place is only open 8 hours during the week and 7 and 6 on the weekend. In my case I also have an auto butler warrenty straight from the dealership so every 6 months I get it uber cleaned, http://www.autobutler.com/customer/page_3.htm
