Hello again guys! Well, I finished my header install. With me and 2 friends, it took a total of about 2 hours max! It was way easier than I anticipated! For future reference, a swivel with deep well sockets worked great! Another tip that someone helped me with, was to bolt the header and downpipe together before you bolt the header to the block, but after you've fit the header up into it's space. In other words, once you've got the header up to where it's ready to bolt on, leave it loose and connect the downpipe first. Other than that it's simple, just had to use 3 10mm bolts with locking washers and nuts to connect the collector and downpipe together. As for my opinion so far-WOW! First of all, this car gained power everywhere, ESPECIALLY up top! I did a blast on the highway with my 2 buddies (they both drive LS1's, and were both very impressed), and this thing was really pulling! Even with 2 other people in the car, I could tell a difference. This car really has a much stronger top end now. It IS alot louder under wide open throttle, but the Corsa is doing it's job. Inside the car, while idling, and crusing, it's still very quiet! But under WOT, it ROCKS! This car sounds mean now! Yea, it was dark out last night, and I didn't have much light in the garage when I tool those. I'm not sure what the gains are, and I don't want to throw out numbers based on the seat of the pants feel. I can tell you that the gains are significant everywhere though! What angles are you wanting to see in the pictures?

sounds good man, the only thing im scared of is the car being super loud with it. But I guess ill take my chances.

Just did my CTi 3" downpipe\cat yesterday. This thing is well worth $200. Only thing is I've got a small buzzing sound only when I get on it. Funny thing is there is not one leak?

if you can get one from the top of the engine bay and right under the car looking up....thats only if you can though....i know its tight

Thanks for the help with pics. Mike25, the 3rd picture down is from the bottom lookin up, but the car was on jack stands and I didn't have the room I needed to get a better pic. Sorry man. As for the sound clip, I have a video camera, but I've never tried putting video on to my computer, so I'm completely lost on how to do it. Thanks for the replies guys!
