Heat Output of LED's

I was just wondering if led's get hot like normal lights do? if they do get hot, can it get hot enough to melt plastic?

leds do not get hot, maybe a tad bit warm but nothing to even worry about. how do i know? everything i do is leds haha

Leds dont get hot at all, i bought the LED kit from Mkulrey13 on these forums which BTW This kit freaking rocks thanks dude,.. eer anyway They dont get hot, ull be fine.
