anyone who took there side molding off..got a ?

how are the moldings attached...would it cause any damage to the paint on my car to take them off

If you do it right now. Its just like debadging the car. Just make sure when you use fishing line or floss or whatever your gonna use that you keep pulling it away from the car.

Yeah, it definitely took some work. But anyone can do it. And to me, it makes a hell of a difference.

just sticky tape... once i got the edge off of mine, i just pulled away and they came off no problem... didn't have to heat it, use goo gone, or anything...

Once you get about half of it off, you can stop using the fishing line or floss or w/e your using and use the end you've gotten up and just pull. It'll come right off.

i thought it was going ot be a bitch, because getting all of the gunk off from the badges was a pain... and with that long ass strip, figured it would suck... but came right off no problem, took probably about one minute to do both

haha yea after IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII pulled them off, i just used a cleaner wax to clean it up a little bit, not rocket science here, very easy to get done...

he did my trunk by himself thats all. i did more with the side moldings!
