That was me. I took a 15mm Craftsman wrench and hammered it on there.

Yea, I figured that point out. But it worked for the 2-3 times I needed to remove my belt. Other then that, it doesn't need to come off.

That tool is probably the greatest thing made. BUT, i used a crow bar. took the end thats slightly curved and placed it between the tensioner pulley and the supercharger pulley. Then i applied a little pressure to hold everything in place and loosened the bolts on the pulley. Next i SLOWLY pushed the tensioner pulley down. Then i took a large screw driver and placed it between the spot where they tell you to put the 15mm wrench and the engine hoist hook. Remove the crow bar slowly. Now the belt should be easy to remove. If not, use the screw driver that is jammed between the tensioner and engine hoist hook and pull up on it to give a little more slack. You should have no problem taking the belt off.

Now if you are removing the supercharger you'll have to remove the screw driver that is now keeping the tensioner partly down. when you put the supercharge back on i suggest taking another belt or something with some thickness and put over the tensioner pulley before you compress it. The damn thing is made out of plastic and i didn't want to break it or damage any of the teeth by using the crow bar on it. Then you just compress the tensioner again and jam the screw driver in there and continue on putting everything back.
