Has anyone had any problems with the e-brake staying engaged after parking and then driving again? Went to pull a part on sunday looking for parts for the old truck and the ebrake would not let go. Have noticed the last few weeks that the brake sticks some coming to a stop while costing up to a stop sign or a light.

Plan on dropping the car off at the dealers on wednesday, gonna get them to fix the sunroof switch, (mount came loose), the drivers side window switches, (stick all the way up and all the way down), and to look at the back brakes and see what is up. Hopefully they will replace the back pads...

Any one had any of these problems?

I've had problems with my parking brake engaging in the first damned place. Seems like you have to pull it all the way to the top for it to even moderately catch.
First car I've ever had where I felt I had to leave it in gear to guarantee it wouldn't roll.

LMAO I had the same problem, knew it was a caliper seizing, the dealer told me "Yeah, that's completely normal." Called them about something else, talked to the SAME service guy and now that it's out of warranty - "Yeah, that's a problem, bring it in and we can fix it right up." Fucking morons....grrrrrrr.

My dealer is pretty cool about it, They are replacing everything. Cable's, calipers, pads, window switch, and fixing the sunroof buttons. :)
